Thyroid Support formula contains:

Vitamin B 12: To support metabolism, cell function, and energy.

Iodine: Provides the necessary building blocks for the hormones produced by the thyroid gland. The thyroid controls and supports the body's ability to regulate body temperature, normal growth, reproduction and the growth of skin and hair.

Magnesium: Supports the function of nerves and muscles, formation of bones and thyroid metabolism. It literally is necessary for hundreds of chemical reactions in the body. It functions as a coenzyme (participating in over 300 enzymatic reactions!) Having a health level of magnesium in the body cannot be overestimated!

Zinc: Also plays a very important role in hundreds of body processes. It’s an essential mineral required by every cell in the body.  It is concentrated in the muscles, bones, skin, kidneys, liver, pancreas, eyes, and, in men, the prostate. The thyroid gland needs zinc to transform inactive hormone T4 into active hormone T3.

L-Tyrosine: A necessary amino acid in order for the thyroid to product hormones! For you biology geeks... It is very important to metabolism because it is a precursor of adrenaline, norepinephrine and dopamine and thyroid hormones. Also, Tyrosine supports the healthy function of the adrenal and pituitary glands.

Ashwagahda:  Studies are available that show positive results assisting in thyroid health because it increases the inactive hormone T4 into the active hormone T3 in the thyroid gland.

Directions: 2 capsules daily with a meal. Do not take more.

ALERTS! Keep product away from children. Consult your health care provider if you have a medical condition, are taking medication, or are pregnant or lactating. Not for children under 18. This product is manufactured in a facility which may also process milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and crustacean shellfish. Do not take more than recommended!
